makes a great drink for the hot summer sun.

Frozen Strawberry-Banana Daiquiri
Any drink with strawberries and bananas is popular. This daiquiri is made with
rum, simple syrup, lime juice, strawberries and bananas.
Frozen Apple Margarita
Any apple type of drink is always great in the summertime.
Hurricane Cocktail
This drink is made with light rum, dark rum, triple sec, grapefruit juice, pineapple
juice and grenadine.
Gin and Tonic
Gin and tonic is a great summer drink and easy to make.
Classic Mint Julep
Make with mint simple syrup, mint leaves, Jack Daniels and some crushed ice.

Frozen Watermelon Margarita
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tequila
1 oz Watermelon Liqueur
2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
Garnish: Watermelon slice or lime wheel
Instructions:
Blend with appropriate quantity of ice until
smooth.
Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
5 oz Tonic Water
1 tsp Lime Juice (optional)
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Instructions:
Pour gin, tonic water, and optional lime
juice into a highball glass over ice. Stir
well and garnish with a lime wedge.
Classic Mint Julep
Ingredients:
1 oz Mint Simple Syrup
5 Mint Leaves
2 oz Jack Daniels
Crushed Ice
Splash of Water
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Instructions:
Add the mint leaves and simple syrup
together in a highball glass or a
traditional silver julep cup. Muddle the
syrup and leaves together until the
leaves are slightly broken down. Fill the
glass with crushed ice and add the
bourbon whiskey and a splash of
water. Top with a sprig of mint.
Hard Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka or Rum
8 oz Lemonade
Ice
Garnish: Lemon Wedge
Instructions:
Mix ice, vodka and lemonade together
and stir.
Chi-Chi Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz blue curaçao
1/2 oz cream of coconut
1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple
Scoop of vanilla ice cream
Garnish: Slice of pineapple
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled
glass. If the mix turns out too thick add
juice; too thin add ice or ice cream.
Fuzzy Navel
Ingredients:
3 oz Peach Schnapps
3 oz Orange Juice
Garnish: Orange Slice
Instructions: Pour the Peach
Schnapps into a glass with ice. Fill it
with orange juice.
Strawberry-Banana
Daiquiri
Ingredients:
2 ounces rum
1 to 2 teaspoons simple syrup
Juice from 1/2 of lime
2 ounces strawberries
2-inch section of banana, diced
Garnish: A few sliced strawberries and
banana
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender
and puree until well mixed. You can
also make your own variations by using
other fruits such as raspberries and
lime or strawberries and melon.
Frozen Apple Margarita
Ingredients:
1 cup of ice
1 oz tequila
1 oz Apple Pucker or apple schnapps
1 oz apple juice
1/2 oz sour mix
Garnish: Apple wedge
Instructions:
Pour the ingredients into a blender and
blend until smooth .
Hurricane Cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz triple sec
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a hurricane
glass in the order given for a colorful
presentation. Finish with a squeeze of
lime.
