Frozen Watermelon MargaritaIngredients: 1.5 oz Tequila 1 oz Watermelon Liqueur 2 oz Sweet and Sour MixGarnish: Watermelon slice or lime wheelInstructions:Blend with appropriate quantity of ice until smooth.
Gin and TonicIngredients: 2 oz Gin 5 oz Tonic Water 1 tsp Lime Juice (optional)Garnish: Lime Wedge Instructions:Pour gin, tonic water, and optional lime juice into a highball glass over ice. Stir well and garnish with a lime wedge.
Classic Mint JulepIngredients: 1 oz Mint Simple Syrup 5 Mint Leaves 2 oz Jack Daniels Crushed Ice Splash of WaterGarnish: Mint SprigInstructions:Add the mint leaves and simple syrup together in a highball glass or a traditional silver julep cup. Muddle the syrup and leaves together until the leaves are slightly broken down. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the bourbon whiskey and a splash of water. Top with a sprig of mint.
Hard LemonadeIngredients: 1 oz Vodka or Rum 8 oz Lemonade IceGarnish: Lemon WedgeInstructions:Mix ice, vodka and lemonade together and stir.
Chi-Chi Cocktail Ingredients: 1/2 cup ice 2 oz vodka 1/2 oz blue curaçao 1/2 oz cream of coconut 1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple Scoop of vanilla ice creamGarnish: Slice of pineappleInstructions:Pour all ingredients into a blender.Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. If the mix turns out too thick add juice; too thin add ice or ice cream.
