Bailey’s Irish Cream
This great tasting drink is made with Brandy, chocolate syrup, whipped cream,
eggs, vanilla extract and condensed milk.
Killer Clover Milkshake
This ultra-creamy drink is mixed with vanilla ice cream, green Crème de
Menthe, white Crème de Cacao, whipped cream and chocolate shaving.
Green Monster
This simple looking drink is actually made with six types of liquor; Blue Curacao,
gin, Grand Marnier, white rum and vodka.

With just two ingredients, this drink is easy to make.
Burning Irish

beer with a shot of Jagermeister.

Ingredients:
2 oz. Bushmills Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
½ oz. Half n Half Syrup
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Garnish: “Green” white chocolate
syrup swirl in glass.
Instructions:
Shake and strain into Martini glass.
Bailey’s Irish Cream
Ingredients:
1.75 cup Brandy
2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
1 pint Whipped Cream
3 Eggs
0.75 tsp Vanilla Extract
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Garnish: Green mint leaves
Instructions:
Mix together with crushed ice in a glass
and garnish with mint leaves.
Killer Clover Milkshake
Ingredients:
3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Shots Green Creme de Menthe
1 Shot White Creme de Cacao
Green Food Coloring (optional)
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings
Instructions:
Mix ice cream and liquors in a blender
until just smooth. Add the green food
coloring and a little cream if mixture is
too thick. Blend once more and pour
into glasses. Top with whipped cream
and chocolate shavings. Makes 2
servings.
Green Monster
Ingredients:
0.5 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Gin
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz White Rum
1 oz Vodka
Instructions:
Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker
with ice and shake. Serve chilled.
Dirty Irish Whiskey
Ingredients:
1 part Irish Cream
1 part Irish Rye/Whiskey
Garnish: Mint Leaves
Instructions:
Mix together with crushed ice in a
glass.
Burning Irish
Ingredients:
1 Guinness Beer
1 Shot Jagermeister
Instructions:
Basically a boilermaker. Pour Guinness
into pint glass and let settle. Light shot
of Jagermeister, then drop into the
Guinness. Drink quickly.

1 oz Creme de Cacao
1 oz Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz Irish Cream
Garnish: Mint Leaves
Instructions:
Mix together with crushed ice in a
glass.

Ingredients:
.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
.5 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
.5 oz Brown Crème de Cacao
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Garnish: Mint Leaves
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender
with ice.
